Very Bad Experience, Avoid At All Costs!

Lots of ants in the room, door doesn't close properly, cleaners are observant enough even when Make Up Room sign was displayed for many hours, car park isn't open 24hrs and forced to park outside and got fined by local authorities as the area is very popular and the police love to give out illegal parking summons. This isn't a true hotel and the property management of the mixed development on which Qliq sits on couldn't even help when I issued a complaint about my inability to enter the car park after a late night out. For aircon control, only temperature can be set, but you are barred from controlling the fan speed. Reception only works till 11pm and getting good service from the front desk is non-existent. Google Maps also led me on a route that doesn't connect to the hotel, which led me on a very long return route while paying tolls twice!

Dear Melvin, We are truly apologise for your bad experience during your stay. We can't help you for the inconvenience that is not directly toward us. We understand that the multijunction here leads you the wrong way but it is under your skills on how you interprate the maps on your device. There is 24hrs parking service available. Our indoor air conditioning can manually set the fan speed to low, medium or high. Our frondesk service is limited till midnight. After midnight you may call the number on the counter for assistance. However we admitted that during high occupancy, our make up room slightly late as we need to prepare the arrival room at first. Thank you

Staff helpful, chick in and out no hassle, property good maintenance, around is convincent, close to shopping mall, happy staying

First time Malaysia, Starbuck coffee staff very courtesy.hotel stffs too. Happy to be here. location excellent.bus to close mall walking distance 15 mins

Check in time was stated 9am. When I went to check in around 10 , I was told that my room was still occupied. When I told her check in time was stated 9 am, I was told that it is subjected to availability. Making up room was also on a request basis. Place a little run down and dirty. Toilet has brown Tom and towels and yellowish
