The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. Upon checking-in we found the kettle was not working, water heater needs to be switched on an hour and half before it came be used, WiFi router was not working because the main breaker kept tripping. They also send notes that extras to be charged for extra things and late check-out. Can you kindly seriously look into this matter as I had bad experience and I am not going recommend this place to anyone for staying. Thank you

We are so sorry for such unfair and pitiful yet wrong accusations from guests. Indeed it is fully platform responsibility in sharing incomplete information across different platform yet most of the money which guests paid are going to be the commission that hotel partner have to pay to Expedia/Traveloka. We strongly believe that guests and hotel apartment side shouldn't be the victims in these matter. Besides, regarding other complaints regarding the water heater/kettle/wifi and so on, it is mainly due to the lack of knowledge of the guests towards the technology yet our hotel operation manager even willing to pay a sincere visit at midnight just to help to solve these complaints (which we doubts other hotel apartment may consider to assist at that late hours), but sadly to said all the complaints are even not an issues but just the guests nuisances actions and less appreciation to the effects provided by the hotel side. After a serious consideration, hotel side decided that we shouldn't keep silent to let this unlawful guests simply defame us. That's why we response to this review to vindicate the JUSTICE to be sincere and genuine hospitality provider here. Thanks for reading, apologize for the frankness response of the hotel side. Surely we will continue to improve our short coming towards all the guests in future. Thanks.

1. Car park and utility is not included in the price. Need to extra pay when you check in. 2. The comunication via whatapps take long time to get answer after you checkout. 3. Deposit will paid after 24 hours checkout. But i still haven’t get back money after 72 hours.

Kindly read carefully before u booked and nullify our sincere effort in providing a sincere accommodation to you. WhatsApp take longer time is mainly because of your last minute response to us. But apologize for the delay in refunding of the security deposit, that's our shortcoming. And for sure you have received your deposit by now. This we will improve it. Thank for your comment.

1.electrical and parking car not include with the price. 2. communication direct whatsapp only and take long time to get answer. 3. did not explain the accommodation rules until asked to pay the deposit. 4. Deposit will paid after 24 hours checkout. But get back money after 48 hours because company do not explain clearly about the law before checkout.

Genuine response as below: 1. It is stated clearly in the web, please read before booking(never assume), however, we will discuss with platform provider in order to reduce this misunderstanding. 2. Apologize for late in reply, however anything urgent please phone call, otherwise just WhatsApp. (Because we don't encourage people lower head into phone 24/7) 3. Same as #1, however we will again to discuss with platform provider in helping guests who doesn't like to read in details. 4. We are sincere genuine hospitality provider here, we do apologize for some delay in deposit refund especially to those guests who doesn't take a good care of our room apartment. Normally if without any claims upon guests check out, we will easily perform deposit refund in the same day. Sorry again for some delay. We will surely improve in this issue. Thanks to highlighting this.

Hide and seek

Basically we need to sneak in under the eyes of the security guards, the operators know they are not allowed to operate their hotel there as well. So it is quite an abnormal experience living in a place where you should technically not even be there. Hygiene is so-so, food is scattered all over the pantry, there was cockroaches in the bathroom, small ones though. The host is not entirely accustomed to serving guests. It is a nice place though, just the place (a private residential building) has guards to fend off non-resident with resolution posted.

Absolutely wonderful facilities, from a complete large gym, to lap pools, beautiful views and convenient retailers beneath. Best of all was the hospitality of the host. Highly recommended!
