The Clio is ok, but nothing special. I was disappointed that I did not get the type of room I had reserved, the front desk was more or less collaborative. The rooms are clean when you come in, however during your stay, the cleaning service is a different story. The staff left a dirty cloth in my room on the desk and plastic from the toilet rolls on near the sink. I purposely left them there and no one picked them up for 2 days. The bed is comfortable, wifi is really good for Asia and the breakfast buffet really varied.

Unfortunately I did not have any hot water on the last day, the water was not hot there was no water

Rude front desk staff

Pre paid for a room with king sized bed. First I was told they were putting me in a different hotel, after I said I wanted to stay in the hotel I booked they then told me (not asked) that my room was two single beds. Initial check in I was ignored until someone went to back room to get the desk staff out, then halfway through check in he abruptly told me someone else would finish my check in, as he then detoured to end of front desk to start checking in aircrew. Made me feel like bottom priority, I have stayed at this hotel many times but this will now be last time I stay at this hotel, so rude.
