They got my booking of 2 rooms wrong and promised to to rectify by next day 2pm. We waited till 5.30pm and no one was bothered till we went to counter and asked. Then it was done.
Staff attitude is bad. Mostly most staff missing when you look for them.

We stayed 5 nights. It was a relaxing break. Love that hotel guests have direct access to Sunway lagoon. Will come back again.
