The Robertson did not meet my expectations. The only thing that was nice about this residence was the entrance, the rest was not what we expected, and nothing like what the pictures provided. First of, it’s extremely hot in the entire complex, and the apartment was so run down. One of the beds was in the living room, and two single beds was almost in a closet. The AC only worked in one for the rooms and the rest was really rusty. We also had like 3 universal ac remotes that didn’t work. We had to call the reception and when he came up he didn’t even know which remote to use. The bathroom was super dirty, and I’m glad this was only for one stay.
The worst part about this whole stay was the fact that we had to wait up to 20 minutes for the elevator to arrive, because it would not stop in our floor and if it did, it would already be full.
The location was also not so convenient.

No flexibility for early check-in. They seem to only let everyone check-in at 3pm so a queue of people waiting.
Suddenly at 3pm all rooms are ready.

청결에 좀더 세심한 신경써주시기를

일단 욕실은 물때가 잔뜩 껴있고,
개미들이 그릇이며, 침대위까지 있어서
소름끼치고 스트레스였어요.
또 아이가 쇼파에 앉았는데
뾰족한게 찔린다해서 꺼내보니
쇼파사이에 드라이버랑 그 전에 투숙객들이 신었을 양말이 있어서 기분이 나빴습니다.
수영장이나 부대시설은 좋았으나 청결이나 위생상태는 정말 별로였습니다
