First of all I would like to offer my apology to Mr Ahmad. I am still new on this Expedia platform. I noticed the booking however due to full booked at my place I did not confirm through Expedia Partner Central his booking hoping that without confirmation his booking won't get through. Unfortunately, even there was no confirmation from my side Expedia still processed his booking and he showed up at my full booked place. I apologized to him and refunded him in full and he did not even step in my Homestay Villa Solihin, therefore this review in my opinion was inappropriate as in actual guest did not actually stayed at my place. Nevertheless I feel sorry for him and I am familiarizing myself with the Expedia Partner Central at the moment and tried not to repeat the same mistake again in the future.
