Poor stay

The place was very dirty.The chairs were disgusting the breakfast was cold .Note this is one of the few reviews I have done. WERE very disappointed and all other guests were of the same opion that we talked to

Room was a bit dated but still clean. Room had a great view of the sea and beach is clean and nice.

Stopover before Tioman trip

Check in process is quick, was having an issue when we try to access the room but the keycard did not work, anyway, the staff was very quick to response to the situation as the security guard that escorted us to the room help us to tag into the room while we waiting inside the room for they keycard issue to get rectified. Was also greeted by a cockroach hiding behind the pillow when we move the pillow down. Again, called the reception and was attended by the housekeeper within 15minutes. Will not blame the hotel on that as the room is located at ground floor and the location of the resort is pretty secluded beach.

Many mould on the cealing Bed mattress is so tin can feed the spring Pilow is not thick enough
