Expensive room but poor service, really not worth.
Publié le 17 mai 2022 sur HotelsBook family room and requested to check in early around 2pm but the receiptionist insist that they only allow check in at 3pm so we have to wait at the lobby for 1 hour with our kids. The lobby is warm seem like their airconditioner is not functioning very well. We stay in room 2016 but the card is not functioning need to call the staff regarding the card it took us around 15minutes to enter the room. The room was nice and clean, but the staff and the service they provide is not so good. After dinner the card refuse to open our door again, it takes us around 10 minutes to enter the room.
