Studio très spacieux

Séjour de 4 jours avec un enfant de 20 mois dans un studio. On a été très étonné de la grande surface du studio, on peut facilement le qualifier de grand appartement avec une très grande terrasse. Hotel propre avec bon service à la clientèle, piscine avec jacuzzi, petite salle de sport. Petit déjeuné correcte mais sans plus. chambre avec un beau design. La kitchenette est constituée d'équipements neufs et de grande qualité mais elle manque grandement d’ustensiles. Les couloirs de l'hotel ont besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement au niveau peinture. L'hotel est un peu loin du centre, il faut à chaque fois faire appel à un taxi, compter 18 MYR pour un trajet au centre, durée 10 min.

Floor as well as dining table were sticky. Luckily room slippers were provided and I clean the table using my own disposal wipes. Bedding do not smell yucky but also do not smell fresh.

The property is getting a bit too old. The night shift staff was totally unfriendly despite I have elderly and children with me checking in near midnight.

I think the property needs some minor upgrade - the facility is a bit run down for the price it demands.
