The worst stay ever. The apartment is spacious and view is nice. The apartment condition is bad , the sofa is full of stain and dirty, Unpleasant smell around the house, the furniture also broken alot . Even bed sheet got stained . I passed Rm200 for security deposit at the counter upon check in , however I had checkout earlier the next day, the staff said will refund the money in 1-2days, however it was refunded after 4days and they deducted Rm63.68 from my deposit FOR NO REASON. I called the staff and the number provided MANY MANY times but still NO FEEDBACK NO RESPONSE NO REPLY from the respective stakeholders. Don stay !

The bedsheets were not cleaned, saw stains. A Pillow had perfume smell , seems that it was not changed to new pillow case. The hall aircon n TV not working properly. The pots, were rusty, we are afraid to use them. Suggest the dinner table cover with disposable table cloth or plastic sheet. The high floor view is nice. TV shld b installed in all rooms. One of the rooms has no wardrobe at all. Shampoo n shower gel shld b installed in the shower room, use dispenser type, ie fixed onto to wall. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Dear Ms Jenn, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for this inconvenience that you faced. All our linens are fresh and we outsource our laundry. We have put in a request to stop using scented detergent since your review, so a big thank you for this. In future, do let us know for TVs that are not working well during your stay, so we can send someone immediately to fix them. The pots for cooking have gone through some wear and we have gone to replace them with new ones, but if any of our guests do find that anything in our properties are not up to your standards, do request for them during your stay so we have the chance to rectify the issue. Thank you for your very detailed feedback and we have gone and worked on them so that we will be able to serve you better in future. Once again, thank you so much for choosing Luco. not good, no toilet paper and tissue paper in the room. The taxes & fees were paid during booking. And yet, they just deducted the amount from my deposit.

Dear guest, thank you so much for your review. But most of all for taking the time to write the review. We understand your concern and as we have mentioned, we are trying our best to get this fixed with Expedia. The Taxes and Fees are charged by Expedia to guests. We are subjected to SST (6%) which we charge to our guests during check-in. We are a registered company with SSM and we try our best to abide by the laws and regulations of the country. We would like to take this opportunity to inform you and all guests that we are not taking this opportunity to charge our guests even more. In fact, we are trying our very best to bring rates down. The room you booked with us was a three bedroom serviced apartment (1,600 sq ft) at less than RM300.00 per night. We understand that other hotels may include this tax into their price, but we do not. We prefer to itemize our prices so that guest can actually see and know what they are paying for. Furthermore, I would like to add that this Tax is not for us to keep, but we pay the government the money we collect under this tax. I thank you so much for your feedback and we will try even harder to bring our prices lower and also to better explain our situation. We take your rating as a means to improve but I do hope that this will not bring down the reputation we try very hard to build. We continue to treat all our customers with the best service and quality. As for toiletries etc, all guest have the option to request for additional toilet papers and/or rubbish bags. We do not simply enter into a rented apartment because we value your privacy. And although this may at times cause us to not know if you have run out of supplies, we do hope to provide a service that you can trust. You can be very sure that when you stay with us, no one will enter your apartment without your consent and presence.
