I admit was my mistake make booking suppose stay on 10th to 12th June but wrong booked on 11th untill 13th. Drop a message to the Hotel and keep calling from morning till afternoon without respond. So seeking Expedia customer service and was a same result that hotel no pick up. So ibforce myself to make one more night booking and few minutes the hotel call me. Ask him whether can be refund or is there any solution to solve. The guy told me will check his boss and get back A.s.a.p.
When i reach to homestayat 6.30pm, hotel staff handover over key and make a deposit payment. I ask him whether extra 1night can be solve and he wasnt sure need to contact in charge person by tomorrow morning.
The next day, morning i try whatsapp and did call but respond again. Untill 8pm, i received his call that he apology not able refund and i accepted of my mistake.
I am quite dissapointed slow and not respond to feedback customer which take half day. I hope Reservation take serious matter to provide a
1st priority customer to feedback as soon possible by not waiting a whole day process.
