The property was situated in a place that had beautiful views and direct lake access. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with any requests or when asking for recommendations.

Posted Jun. 8, 2024 on HotelsGreat service at this hotel with fantastic lakeside location. Room was ok. Lovely food but pricey. Aware of shared facilities before arrival but did not realise would be sharing one showet and toilet with multiple rooms/guests. These got wet and smelly.

It is a nice property in a beautiful neighborhood. Train station was walkable. Amazing Breakfast!!!

This hotel is too old, the building structure looks very bad, the floor is tilted and making beds tilted too. Sound insulation is terrible, you can hear people walking upstairs. No elevator. No private bathroom, six or seven rooms shared one toilet and one shower.

It was a quick walk to a private park leading to a serene spot by the lake.
The receptionist,Katrina, was the warmest and kindest person who welcomed and helped us out.
It's a disappointment that the street where the chalet was is undergoing a major repair. No access to take a shot in front. I wish Expedia notified us ahead of time
