The gardens around the property were very beautiful, but the rooms were in need of repair. Very hard beds, only a bath towel no face cloth no hand towel no bar soap Bed sheets were stained and dengi When you used shower the entire floor got wet . Only 4 TV channels

The property is well maintained, clean and relaxing. However I was unable to sleep, the beds were so hard it felt like I was sleeping on hard wood. I have never seen beds that were rock hard. I was unable to sleep throughout the night. My husband tried sleeping on the sofa in the room because of how hard the bed was. The room had tea, coffee and sugar but no creamer, I went to the receptionist to get a packet of creamer and did not know there was a charge for it until I was checking out. I was charged 20 GHS for 2 single serve packets of cornation creamer, it is not the cost it is the principle that they did not tell me that there would be a charge. If they are going to have tea and coffee in the room at least put one packet of creamer and dont charge, without informing the guest when they ask for a packet.
