GREAT STAY
Publié le 25 avr. 2024 sur HotelsFront desk staff, Edna went the extra step securing me a preferred rate when I needed to extend my stay; Mia assisted me with contacting alocal airline when my personal mobile phone was not working properly.
Both Edna and Mia exemplified customer service excellence and deserve some recognition.

The service and staff were excellent, they even offered free shuttle to Kumming South railway station. Great value for the price.

The hotel staff went out of their way to provide an excellent service and everyone seemed united in their objectives to do so. Breakfast was excellent on the 17th floor while on the ground floor, although the choice was wider, it was more crowded bit still great.
