It had everything we needed. Didn't have to travel elsewhere for a meal etc.

Hey Michelle, we appreciate the time taken to review but we can't get much out of that for improvement. Not sure what the problems were to mean that we received a 3. Any further information would be appreciated.

The facilities were well presented but in future I would let the booking agent know that my husband and myself are in our seventies and would prefer our accommodation on a lower floor.
