The hotel is very old, too far from the city center. many staff very good but some staff very bad. the worst among 4 star hotels in this class and in these options. dishes are less variety, main dishes are sold out soon. There is no new food that is used up and there is a stampede at meal time.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in my life. I don't know where to even begin... - We arrived at 11 PM, my reservation fully paid upfront, with proof. The aggressive hotel manager insisted that I had to pay it again, for some reason. When asked, "there's clearly a mistake, can we sleep now and sort this tomorrow?", the answer was a curt "no". Despite showing him receipts, he mansplained me I was wrong and had to pay it again. I was kept waiting for an hour for a reservation I'd already paid SO THAT I COULD SAVE TIME AT CHECK-IN AS I ARRIVE LATE & TIRED. - When we finally accessed our rooms, another huge disappointment strikes: The room had nothing in common with what we booked. We booked a one-bedroom suite, and was presented a grubby, poorly-lit room that looked like a hospital ward. We demanded a change, but was told that the rooms we booked weren't available and we couldn't be moved. I guess sending a janitor for a few hours and preparing it would require too much thinking and planning. - The food situation was IMMENSELY stressful. On an average day, you'll spend TWO HOURS waiting in the queue to get food. Terrible people flow management and planning. No COVID-19 precautions. Long queues in front of buffets indoors with badly-behaved guests elbowing you and coughing into your neck. Not acceptable outside a pandemic, but now, it should be criminal. Not to mention the food quality was appalling - Non-existent hygiene standards. Absolutely gross.

Wivev from the hotel is nice but rooms are soo old wi fi did not work what so ever service is not the best also food its not the best

Reception staff admit web pictures are deceptive

Some staff are extremely helpful but most are mediocre. The food is awful and the timings are rigid. Hot Vegetarian options are non existent.

Zu überfüllt kein platz bei abend essen. Strand nicht wie auf dem bildern sehr schmutzig. Dusche in mein zimmer hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Personal unfreundlich.

War eine absolute Katastrophe. Sehr Unzufrieden und dies bezüglich sind wir zwei Tage vorher abgereist. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt mit unserem 1 jährigen Sohn. Sauberkeit? Fehl am Platz!!! Habe mit dem Manager gesprochen wegen einer Rückerstattung hat es sofort abgelehnt! Eine einfache Frechheit. Einmal und nie wieder! Empfehle es niemandem das Hotel!
