Bruyant : hôtel ou boite de nuit il faut choisir!

Très très bruyant! Le bâtiment principal se situe à proximité d'une 2X3 voies (dans la piscine des chambres Swim up on entend la circulation). Côté mer, c'est le ballet incessant des jet-skis et autres bateaux du club nautique attenant. La nuit, 6 jours sur 7 c'est la musique live jusqu'à 1 heure du matin qui est très très forte! L'accueil était très bien malgré la non disponibilité de la chambre dans l'après-midi. La restauration : beaucoup de personnel qui ne semble pas très heureux de bosser ici. Un fort contraste avec les autres hôtels et restaurants de notre séjour en Turquie. Le 1er soir nous avons opté pour le Seafood restaurant et le poisson frais était annoncé à 1000 Lires Turques le kilo (déjà beaucoup plus cher qu'ailleurs) lorsque l'addition est arrivée il était à 1600 (+ de 30 euros d'écart). Les serveurs n'ont pas fait de difficulté pour revenir au prix initial cependant cela ne contribue pas à faire une bonne 1ere impression. Pour ce qui est du petit déj' la 1ere journée la machine à café était cassée (Unique machine à café) et le 3ème et dernier jour nous avons attendu 25 minutes pour 2 jus d'orange qui ne sont finalement jamais arrivés car nous devions partir. Pour notre diner du 2eme soir nous avons renvoyé les 2 plats commandés. L'un était du médaillon de boeuf qui s'est avéré être 2 tranches de steak et l'autre des beef ribs sans ... ribs. Au final au regard du prix près de 800 euros pour 3 nuits, une expérience très décevante malgré la beauté du lieu.

Great guest service manager

Banu the guest service manager was extremely helpful she is very knowledgeable and resources. She spoke great English, we had a slight issue with dinner but Banu remediation the situation in an exceptional manner. The pool and jet ski was amazing. Highly recommended.

It was the most terrifying experience of all of this holiday. We had a total terrible experience. We had ants in our suite and even on the beds. We could not sleep at all the first night because they were crawling on our faces! We reported it to the manager. They fumigated the room after we told them about the ants and they told us to go back to the room! We told them that we could not do that and they ended up giving us two single rooms. The shower in one of our two rooms was hardly working as there was barely any water coming out! It was a terrible stay. Do not stay at this hotel as their customer service is awful!
