The property was in a great location, next to conveniences store and the ATM, the cleanliness was not as impressive as what I was expected as there are some stans on a specific area. Rather then that everything else was great, the staffs are really friendly and helpful.

Staff was great, but the villa was in desperate need of a through cleaning, painting and upkeep. They are doing the bare minimum to get by.

Nothing around hotel, tried ringing reception, security and restaurant to get assistance and no one answering, had to walk down to reception to get towels.

I jave a family of five so finding 1 place we can all stay together is a challenge. This place had 2 king beds and 2 doubles, i think a few of the couches pull out too. Its 3 levels with full kitchen and dining area, living room and more on the first level. second level had 3 bedrooms each with full bathroom and a bonus area. The third floor had a couch and 2 balconies. There is a private garage at each appartment. Staff was helpful and spoke good english. The restaurant had good food also. We stayed at many places on our trip to Bali as we like to see everything we can. This was by far the nicest accommodations we had.

The villa was very disappointing was nothing like the photos at all there wore planks of wood around the pool that wore lifting up and very unstable where my 2 year old niece keeped falling over.
The main pool villa pool was very dirty and slimy
When leaving the villa the stuff members wore very interrogating when we wore leaving
The breakfast menu was very average and not very much to choose from waited like an hour for food to be sent to Are room and wasn’t the best
