Hôtel agréable et calme, bon rapport qualité/prix
Publié le 11 mars 2017 sur HotelsHôtel bien situé, personnel agréable et serviable et très bonne connexion wifi. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner est léger et le ménage pas toujours au top.
J'avais réservé en dortoir mais il n'était pas disponible, j'ai donc une chambre solo (qui n'étais pas très propre : urine sur la cuvette, terre sur le sol).

Tranquila Kuta
Publié le 3 août 2018 sur HotelsMuy bien situado en zona tranquila del centro pero cerca de todo, andando a la playa no llega a 15 minutos si no te equivocas de calle, es sencillo, piscina fresquita y muy amables en recepción, alquilan tablas...podemos repetir

Pour : The hospitable staff.
Contre : Things can be a little bit "broken", but hey, that's Bali in general :)
Emplacement : One street back from the chaos of Kuta. Close to some authentic Bali places to eat etc, and a stones throw from all the action of Kuta. A great spot.
The Maya hotel in Kuta is an appropriately priced hotel with wonderful staff who are eager to please. The facilities are basic though perfect for a family on a budget who want to explore Bali.

The room however was lacking lots of things that the advertising promised (e.g. Washing machine) and was very musty on arrival. Our bathroom lacked ventilation (no fan or window) and the hot water ran out after a 5min shower. The hotel also blares random pop music at all hours in the pool area, even when no one is there, and when many guests have gone to bed. It has no processes in place so things change with every change of staff (One day the blankets disappeared off our bed when housekeeping came and we had to request blankets again). The staff do their best to help you but there just needs to be some better management.

Room description was inaccurate...there was no cable tv, no water, no refrigerator. There was a bar but it was not open.

The service was just ok, I had a few incidents, but they were kind enough to resolve them after some persistent complaining. The pool area was very nice, and a kind of refuge. The decor was great, but the plumbing was poor, and the wifi was very slow. All in all a good choice for $25 a night

We have a variety of rooms from Two bedroom private houses, two quad family rooms, Triple Bungalow, Twin, etc.
Our full-time staff is on hand 24 hours to take care of all your needs.
