Confortable mais loin du centre d''activités

Excellent service, basinette pour bébé offert. Propre et confortable. Loin du centre d'activité mais possibilité de navette gratuite pour s'y rendre mais pas pour revenir à l'hôtel. Beaucoup de restaurants sur la rue de l'hôtel, belle façon de découvrir Kuta sans les centaines de touristes. Buffet pour le petit-déjeuner inclus et très bon. Pour passer quelques nuit c'est très bien mais si vous désirez passer une semaine à la plage c'est un peu loin, mais il y a toujours les taxis!

Good value for quick stopover

Location is very strategic for a quick stop over, close to the airport and places to get Bali merchandise (Krishna, Joger). Restaurant served good quality of food. Internet speed was up and down from room. Room is nice and well design and AC is cold. The most annoying thing was bathroom sink and toilet have very slow purging. Staff nice and helpful.

This Hotel is centrally located close to the airport, we booked a transit room which was suitable for us. We checked in at 1pm and were required to check out by 1am the next morning (12hrs only) midnight ($260K), this was what we asked for as we were flying out that evening, very obliging staff and very helpful, we used their transport to transfer to the airport which cost $100k for two people, very reasonable. Would stay again if needing someone clean a safe. There rooftop pool is a bonus.

I didn't like their towels and beddibgs. Very old, they look brown and torn out instead of white. When I called for somebody to fix the aircon, no one came.

Having the transit option was ideal for us but probably wouldn’t stay otherwise. Was looking forward to a massage before our long flight but it wasn’t open 😢 even though it was meant to be.
