Very nice stay, we fully recommend

The hotel is very new, with nice equipment. We really enjoyed the Onsen outside, it is perfect to relax after the ski.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, their explanation are clear and they booked for us the shuttle bus from the airport and the ski rental (good material).
The hotel is 5min drive from the city center of Grand Hirafu. It provides free shuttle every hours so it is very convenient to go there, for the ski as well as in the evening for the restaurants.
The restaurant is correct but the choice is limited and it is a bit expensive.

I only stayed for 1 night and wish I booked longer! The staff was very kind and understanding when we arrived late to check-in. The property was nicely maintained, all public areas new and clean, and the public bath amazing! We slept soundly in comfortable beds and enjoyed a spacious and clean bathroom. 10/10!

마음의 평온을 찾고 온 숙소
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur Hotels도시에서 떨어진 한적한 곳에서 가족들과 편안하게 머물 수 있었음. 너무너무 평온한 시골뷰에 마음의 평온을 찾고옴. 주변에 아무것도 없어 시내에 가려면 차로 10분 정도 가야하지만 있을 것은 다 있음.

A few minutes drive to Niseko ski area.The hotel room is nice. Need to walk a little stairs. You can enjoy hot bath after ski at night.
