A bit outside of the center of Grand Hirafu village but easily walkable. You have to go uphill a bit to get to the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests (3 couples). Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group.

Incorrect contact number given causing big trouble

On our arriving day, we cannot get in touch with anyone on the property management team because of that mistake. We nearly end up in our car for the night for not knowing where and how to check in and access the property. Such huge mistake cannot be forgiven.

Nice place to stay with easy access to transportation to Niseko. The place also had great amenities like heated wall hangars for our snow gear and towels. Additionally very responsive communication.

The best value in Niseko for size, number of people it accommodates, location, and staff. It’s clean, has a full kitchen, spacious bathrooms, and is very quite. The staff communicates very well and even in English. I would easily stay here again!

Excellent all round. Friendly staff, great location and cottage was perfect! Would definitely recommend and would book again for future holidays.

炭だけ買ったら別途払ったら全部ついてくる感じでした（笑）

周りも開放的で羊蹄山の景色も素晴らしい。
食事はジンギスカンとチャンチャン焼き。
とても美味しくてボリュームたっぷり。
