Room smelled of cigarettes

I had asked for a non smoking room. Obviously that was not the case. The smell of cigarettes was nauseating.

Reasonable price, clean and conveniently located. Property spaces are undergoing some renovations. Unfortunately the unit next door is one block f them. A smoke alarm kept chirping du to a low battery on occasion. Other than that all was good.
