Pleasant Stay, Modern Vibe, Welcoming Staff
Publié le 13 avr. 2024 sur HotelsI had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has the facilities you could expect or beyond your expect. And my room is amazing and tidy, and has a very modern vibe, and the amenities inside are nice as well.
Moreover, most of the staff I met are friendly and professional, especially the manager Emane and her team, they prepared a birthday surprise to me, made me feel really loved and appreciated.
Also I would like to thank Mr. Shailendra, he is welcoming and offered a very heartfelt service when I had breakfast.
Thanks Grand Hyatt Kuwait !
