Not a happy stay. Was giving a smoking room, although I was with my infant and toddler. They took more than an hour to find another room

Great staff (especially the valet ones), excellent location, clean and elegant interiors, loved the live grill on Fridays.

Great location connected to the avenue mall excellent customer service fast and easy check in and out asked for late check out and was no problem definitely I will stay there if I visit Kuwait a gain
