Good, may need some renovations

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, especially at the desk and the breakfast. The hotel is large, with a nice pool (although it's more for fun than for swimming). The room is spacious but the bathroom could use a renovation since the tub is a bit small and the shower faucet and taps felt quite old. But there's a bidet which is a huge plus and not common in hotels. The bed was very comfy. Unfortunately the aircon flow was shooting directly on the desk where you place the computer to work etc. so I had to shut it off while at the desk. You get a few bottles of water each day which is really handy. Breakfast choice is good for pastries etc. Great cappuccino e good coffee. Unfortunately no karak tea. I only had dinner once and it was good. The location is OK if you need to be close to something but there's really nothing to see if you want to take a walk around. Next time I'll probably stay close to the city center since Careem is really handy to get taxis.

It is not real Movenpick standard......

Very special staff, for room service they forget to ask you room n°, reception desk no clear information or providing you different one daily. Very weak gym with poor equipment. It is my last stay, sorry .

Le personnel est tres sympa et le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent avec une cuisine raffinée et variée. La gym est à volonté pour les sportifs.

l'hotel est un peu reculé du centre, mais quand vous devez y rester, la piscine est tres agreable.

Nicole N and her colleagues took very well care of us. Thank you very much. Good pool but also very good, no, excellent breakfast. Also dinner and lunch options are great. The vicinity is not very inspiring.
