Customer service
Publié le 5 juill. 2011 sur HotelsThe Red Tower is the worst place I've ever visited. After I looked at my room, which had very poor internet service. Throughout the apartment was unsanitary. The front desk attendant was rude and uncaring to me as a guest. To add, my reservation wasn't sent to the front desk. I immediately asked to use the phone to call a taxi to take me to another place to stay. I'm just happy that I was refunded my monies.

Hotel from Hell
Publié le 31 mars 2011 sur HotelsThis was undoubtedly the worst hotel that I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.
It was dirty, ill equipped, badly maintained and the staff repeatedly tried to make me pay cash even though I had paid online.
I actually left after two hours without asking for a refund....it was worth the money just to get out of there!!

Save your money and get a better place
Publié le 23 juill. 2009 sur ExpediaThis hotel was listed as a place that many westerners stay, but I didn't see any while I was there. Room smelt funny and there is a one way mirror/window in the bathroom over the tub. This window opens up and there is a crawl space behind it. It was very creepy. Also the drains would back up and the water left brown rings in the tub. When we first arrived there was no way to get in and the only person we saw was the groundskeeper who pretended not to know what we wanted. I know this because we left and came back an hour later and he knew we wanted to check in and he opened the door and got the super for us. Then the super demanded that we pay him even though we told him that we already paid by booking through Expedia. Eventually he made a phone call and apparently the funds were in order becasue he gave us our key. Another thing I didn't understand was that we had to surrender our passports for throughout the stay (6 days) which also made me nervous being out and about without a passport. Yes the room is furnished: full sized refrigerator, gas stove, couch, and bed, but you definitely get what you pay for in that this was like the cheapest place to stay in Kuwait City
