Had to sleep on a SOFA ...

THey told me that they will install some real sofa beds .. But the reality is that we paid some big money my friend slept in the bed as i am a good friend and i slept on a sofa no sofa bed ..
No apologies no refund nothing
Be careful if you plan to go 2 friends and excpect to have each a proper bed

NO SOFA BED !!!
Publié le 11 avr. 2016 sur HotelsSo we booked this apartment with a friend which says on the website that 4 adults can fit inside, and when we arrived in Kiev despite the apartment being cosy and modern there was a SOFA but not a SOFABED so the housekeeprs came to the room and left some sheets that i had to put myself on the SOFA so i spent 4 nights sleeping on a SOFA which was not a real bed ... not very nice for a 5 star Hotel..
I once again explained the situation to Hotels.com but still no answer till this date and the hotel as well had nothing to say about that except that they are aware of the problem and will buy a real SOFABED one day .. maybe in 2020 ..
SO if you are alone or a couple it is ok ... BUt if you travel 2 couples or 2 friends IT IS NOT OK AT ALL

I like the fact that there was a good stove and refrigerator and a big shower. The breakfast included was well worth it and great for kids. The cook made special egg dishes for the family.

Best place to stay, not just Kiev but the world!
Publié le 17 mai 2021 sur HotelsI have stayed in many properties around the world in different countries. I can honestly say this is the best I have ever stayed in - and I'm including Park Plaza, Marriott, Radisson Blu, all the top ones.
Me and my wife slept incredibly well thanks to the extremely comfortable 2 metre wide bed, and my wife loved the kitchen! It had everything we needed, even a dishwasher!
In the bathroom, there was a washing machine and dryer, both were quick and not so loud. The bathroom was very luxurious (in fact the whole place was!) and the shower was amazing. It is one of those showers that you really never want to leave. Actually - the whole place gives you that feeling!
The only negative is leaving!
