Hôtel idealement situé mais la salle de bain devrait être refaite. La baignoire sabot est très ancienne , grise par l'usure du temps.
Personnel agréable.

SUPERBE EMPLACEMENT DS L HYPER CENTRE ET VUE SUR LA VILLE GRANDIOSE SI ÉTAGES SUPÉRIEURS BUFFET PETIT DÉJEUNER COPIEUX MAIS HYGIÈNE DOUTEUSE. LES ALIMENTS SUPPOSÉS ÊTRE CHAUDS SONT FROIDS. LES CLIENTS SE DÉPLACENT SANS MASQUE AUTOUR DES PLATS. MOYEN EN TEMPS DE COVID. NIVEAU D ANGLAIS PLUS QUE MOYEN POUR UN 4 ÉTOILES MAIS LE TOURISME EST ENCORE PEU DÉVELOPPÉ EN UKRAINE. LE PERSONNEL DANS SON ENSEMBLE EST PEU CONCERNÉ PAR LES TOURISTES. QUEL QUE SOIT LE COMMERCE LES UKRAINIENS SONT INDIFFÉRENTS AUX TOURISTES ÉTRANGERS SURTOUT S ILS NE PARLENT PAS RUSSE.

Hôtel très bien situé
Publié le 16 août 2021 sur HotelsGrand hôtel très bien situé avec vue sur la fameuse Place de l'indépendance, personnel sympathique mais ne parle que l'anglais, petit-déjeuner extra avec un énorme choix ! Chambre spacieuse avec climatisation, un bémol par rapport à l'isolation phonique. Style ancien de l'ère soviétique.

Kiev, merveilleuse capitale peu courue
