Rooms dirty and they smelled really bad. We had to change room once and the second we got wasn't any better I have a very sensitive nose and had to sleep with my face covered very inconvenient.

The woman who checked us in was nice/friendly. I was HIGHLY ANNOYED, tho, that 1) The ice machine on first floor doesn't ALWAYS work - AND didn't the two separate times and days I tried. Therefore, had to go upstairs. 2)There is NOT ONE wine opener or bottle opener in the ENTIRE HOTEL. THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!! There NEEDS to be at least ONE that be used at front desk. I think we are long since the Prohibition Era. I am also annoyed about not being able to get juice or milk about 9:07 when I walked the 15-20 feet from my room to eating area. Tho w 7 or 8 cars besides ours when I returned night of stay I guess there isn't need to put much out or leave a minute passes 9. My own fault, but I feel like the juice machine, at the VERY LEAST, could still be used maybe til 10, which is ONLY an hour before checkout. Not like hotel is packed and cleaning up quickly for next afternoons arrivals is something this location really needs to worry about much. Overall, can't beat it for the $90 I paid after taxes, etc. You usually get what you pay for, but def GREAT and better than a $90 hotel stay. Not getting what you would for $400 Four Seasons standard rm cost per night + $40 parking and def not receiving Super 8 or Motel 6 lowest tier either. Other than my two tiny issues, it's great. Right off 35 and Valero (pretty sure), that I walked twice after returning to room in evening, is literally next door and open til midnight.

The staff was nice but the rooms was terrible. Have Bed bugs. Don’t ever go there.
