Hotel très bien situé à l'intersection des 2 lignes de métro de Kyoto. Chambre calme et agréable. Attention à la largeur des lits (un peu plus petit que la moyenne européenne) si vous êtes en famille. Petit déjeuner à la carte très copieux et bon.

Excellent stay, priority was super clean & modern, great location for dining. Staff were courteous & helpful, loved the record player in room

Ace Hotel is in a great central location. It is a beautiful hotel. The historic rooms are the best by far. We loved the adjacent outdoor mall that had cute shops and great food offerings.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by excellent staff. The hotel itself is fabulous and the vibe of the hotel was great. Simple things like organising taxis takes away the stress if your Japanese is limited. Great stay in Kyoto

We had an absolute blast at Hotel Ace. The building itself is a stunner, and the rooms are so cozy and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the place was spotless. I can’t get enough of their coffee shop—it’s the perfect spot to start the day. And their Italian restaurant? Chef’s kiss. We even had a little hiccup during my stay, but the head manager was so understanding and went out of her way to make things right. Overall, it was a luxurious and unforgettable experience. Thank you so much.
