Great hotel
Great hotel, conveniently located just outside kyoto station. Very clean, spacious rooms and free toiletries (lots of skin care/ hair care options). Staff are so friendly and helpful. 7-11 in lobby.

Air condition is not working properly is most room
The hotel rooms was great, but the air condition is not great, the weather was so hot outside and I have set the temperature to the lowest 19’C , it seems the aircond is not working properly. Even thought I have request for the room change, the staff did test another room , it seems the same condition, there is no point to change the room, the kind staff did offer me a fan. If you are a big guy like me , I would not recommend it. Unless is winter that’s different again.
