The quality of service is impeccable. The team is attentive and always ready to help and provide the needs we have. The area is nice and quiet, and you can quickly access the city center by metro. This hotel is highly recommended. And it’s near the imperial palace of Kyoto and his park. You’ve also a lot onsen near this hotel.

Idéal place to visit kyoto

First of all I have to say that the staff were some of the best I ever had in a hotel. They were especially helpfull with arranging our luggage to be sent to Tokyo which worked without any issues. The hotel is right next to the subway station so going around Kyoto is easy. The room was quite spacious and modern and the bathroom was the best on the whole trip.
