So I will not recommend this hotel for family trip

Reception people were also not really polite during the entire stay.

First time staying with Okura hotels, and it was excellent.

Old small hotel reminded me some resort hotel in Orlando fl. Business hotel looks.
Restaurants are amazing!!!
Closer to shopping areas
Pontocho Kamogawa all are walking distance
