Le service est vraiment très bien. Le bain est agréable avec vue sur l'extérieur. La chambre pourrait être plus fonctionnelle.

J’ai apprécié le service et l’emplacement de l’hotel. J’ai moins aimé le tapis, les rideaux qui font vieillots. L’éclairage dans la chambre qui ne permet pas de lire au lit ainsi qu’un seul oreiller n’était pas confortable pour regarder la télé au lit.

We are so pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the room, location and staff's performance. As you mentioned, we are located close to Shijo-Karasuma subway station. There are some souvenia shops and restaurant near the hotel. Moreover, it is easy way for some famous places to visit. All our guests can enjoy Kyoto during stay in our hotel. Regarding as the room, we have the renovaton about 3months from this year. After that, our rooms become new. If you come to Kyoto again, please enjoy our new room. Once again, thank you very much for your well-detailed information. We hope to have an opportunity to welcome you in Kyoto in the near future.

Parfait pour visiter et découvrir Kyoto

Hotel bien placé. Un bus direct depuis et vers la gare de Kyoto. Un distributeur de cartes bus/métro pour la journée dans le hall (manque celle pour 2 jours). Bons petits déjeuners variés. Un onsen "traditionel" dans l'hotel, parfait après des journées de visite bien remplies. Il sera a rafraichir un peu dans les années futures mais sinon très propre.

Hence, it is easy for our guests to go to the famous and popular places in Kyoto by city bus. Our restaurant serves the special breakfast in which includes European dishes as well as Kyoto style Japanese dishes. Especially, our recommended dishes are “Kyoto bean curd” (Tofu) and Japanese freshly cooked rolled omelette (Dashimaki Tamago). In Japan, bean curd (Tofu) is one of the most popular dishes. We recommend you to have it with soy sauce or Japanese pickled vegetables. Moreover, the omelette is prepared by the chef in the front of you. This must make you feel you are in Kyoto. Also we are highly pleased that you have been satisfied with our garden view public bath during your stay. The public bath is popular among our guests. The public bath is available from 6:00 to 9:00 or 15:00 to 25:00 (1:00 am after midnight). This is one of the places in which our guests from abroad can experience a piece of Japan. Around the public bathroom, our guests can relax by using massage chairs for free. Also, we offer Japanese Shiatsu body massage by a professional masseuse, which you can take at a reasonable price. As a hotel we work hard to create an environment where our guests can stay comfortably with our services and facilities.
