Bien si on accepte de vivre sans lumière du jour

Une fenêtre opaque à cause d’un voisinage trop proche et l’absence de service de lavage des vêtements ont gâché toutes les autres qualités de cet hôtel. Ce désagrément n’est pas signalé à la réservation Peut-être qu’il y a des chambres différentes mais on n’a pas pu changer

Thank you very much for choosing Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto station for your recent stay in Kyoto and for your detailed comment on our hotel. Since our hotel is located in residential area, the windows in some types of room cannot be opened for our guests’ and neighbors’ security. Although the window is frosted, these rooms can still get gentle light when you open the window shade. We would suggest staying in the room with openable window such as Modarate Twin room for your next stay with us so that you could enjoy traditional street scenery from your room. We hope we will have an opportunity to welcome you back in the near future. Thank you again for your comment.

Très bon point de chute près de la gare

Hotel tout neuf, situé à côté de la gare. Chambre très agréable, bien aménagée. Très bien pour un séjour court.

Next to Kyoto Station

Great location (next to Kyoto station) and friendly staff. Would stay again for the location. Made it easy for us to take trips to Osaka, Nara, and others places nearby. Room and breakfast was just okay. I would skip purchasing the breakfast next time. We ended up going to restaurants nearby for more variety of options vs eating at the hotel.
