Several minutes late to returning to room to check out and staff had already entered the room and left the door open while personal belongings were still in the room. We were advised to move our personal belongings into the locker downstairs for safekeeping and upon return back to the hotel to pick up belongings we found our lockers empty and staff had removed our luggage and put them into a room with informing us or asking for consent to do so. Huge invasions of personal space and disrespect to oneâs privacy.
The property is located a short walk from the station, and is fully air conditioned. It advertises a âfull breakfastâ but in reality itâs just bread and jams, not a full continental breakfast, so be careful of that. Youâre provided with a fairly large lock box for your valuables and the bedding is very soft.
nothing particularly wrong with the place but the other people were super noisy every night between 12am-7am people are still constantly coming in and out of room the door is loud, and people unziping suitcases, and turning lights on. Quiet hour was supposed to start after 11pm was not the case.
The lady at the front desk was professional but not the young man. He didn't seem to want to give bus or train infos. Breakfast is just toast and marmelade. Coffee is the instant one with hot water. It would have been nice if the hotel could put a note saying that the guests must ooen and closr their luggage outside the room and not to shut the door.... I stayed awake until 1am because these 2 nutt bubble heads kept fixing their luggages and going in and out the room until very late. Just 4 mixed showers and 3 toilets for tge whole floor.
