Find yourself a better place in Kyoto
Posted Aug. 5, 2024 on HotelsWe paid a lot for the upgrade to river view but the room was small and we had trouble finding spots to open our luggage. Breakfast was excellent and included. The beds hard and not especially comfortable. The lobby is a huge empty space with what looked to me tables covered with a red cloth and people sit on that.
The onsen in the basement was nice. We could not get reservations for 2 days ahead in some of the nearby restaurants, but the Italian restaurant with tables by the riverside was pretty nice.
