Complementary coffee, tea and flavoured sparkling water is available in the lobby. Right next to Nijo station where train, metro and busses bring you everywhere within Kyoto.

We mainly had a good experience. The staff was not rude, per se, but compared to how friendly and caring they were at the Hotel Niwa in Tokyo, they just didn't meet the same level of service. This was ayounger crowd, so maybe that is why.
But the hotel was clean, and it had all the necessary amenities. The location was not grat, a bit away from the city center, but not bad. Next to a train station, taxi and bus access, and very wakable. We had a good time, overall. I would for sure stay there again, if needed.

Couldn’t recommend here more - room was an excellent size, facilities were excellent, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. As a very tattooed gaijin I was allowed to use the onsen which was a lovely surprise. Really well located for Kyoto station and local train and bus services

Located close to train line, metro and bus which makes it easy to get to places. Coffee, tea, water and flavoured soda water is offered in the lobby.
