Food shall be of better quolity when meet is concerned, and pillows too, curtons washed at least once a year, children controled not to jump all the time in the pools.

Still good service that needs improvement

Good hotel, needs some additions for better comfort, like better pillows and eco soap (they used to have nice eco toaletries, now only cotton buds and pads are included). Also showers at the pools shall have shampoo. There is water maschine only at the big inner pool, once there were two. The carpets and curtains shall be cleaned at least twice a year. Food is ok but not great as it used to be, even the croassons are one day old and much smaller. Not enough vegetarian food.

I dont understand how they got a 5 star rating. Considering their location in a small town in comparison to others perhaps. The gront desk was neither courteous or friendly. No description of services included or available or their location. The room was far from 5 star, it smelled foul and the old brown carpet wet . The door stuck, and there was no "do not disturb " option.The safe was not functional. After a call to front desk a repair man was sent to fix safe but the smell was not addressed nor were we offered a different room or explanation or apology. Sleeping in that smell was not pleasant. Fortunately we only had a 2 night stay. Consider other options before booking here. The only positive i can say is the breakfast buffet was not bad.
