Well we did contact you 24 hours before check in which you read as we do with all our client's as we are working in the day so we can leave spare key with neighbor's to let you in you just showed up in a taxi on spec we said we can get to you within 30 minutes if you could enjoy a drink in our club next door you bluntly said it doesn't matter I will take another Hotel and put the phone down .We feel you never really gave us a chance and the property is advised as transport required thanks.
