Gite La Besseyre-Saint-Mary, 4 bedrooms, 10 persons

Gîte for 10 people - 4 bedrooms/3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom - located on the borders of Cantal and Lozère, 55 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay. At an altitude of 1165m, warm and sunny summer days, cool and relaxing nights. Winters can be very snowy.

10 minutes from the village of Saugues: outdoor activities, biological lake, swimming pool with hammam and sauna, collegiate church, fantastic museum of the beast of Gévaudan, Tour des Anglais, festival in Gévaudan in August, village festivals in summer. Our gîte is located in an old farmhouse typical of Margeride, in Pompeyrin - a small hamlet in the countryside, in the commune of La Besseyre Saint Mary.

The ground floor offers:
- a beautiful living room with a small open equipped kitchen.
Large table for your meals - lounge area with flat screen TV for your evenings around the wood stove.
- the Coquelicots room (2 single beds) with Italian shower, sink, WC
- the laundry room (washing machine and dryer, ironing equipment)
- a second WC.
On the first floor, you will find the Framboise family room with 4 single beds and a bathroom with WC.
The second floor has two bedrooms each with their own private bathroom (shower, sink/WC). Jonquille room (2 single beds) and Campagne room (1 double bed and 1 single bed).
Each room has: shower mat, hairdryer and liquid soap.
SERVICES INCLUDED in the rental price of the cottage:
- For your comfort we provide bed linen and towels. Beds not made.
- Wood for the stove provided free of charge (heating the ground floor room)
- Electric heating included up to 20 KW/night.
- End-of-stay cleaning is included:
EXCEPT KITCHEN/ROOM:
dishes, ovens, hob, fridge/freezer,
sink, dishwasher, emptying the house bins and vacuuming the room/kitchen upon departure.
A cleaning deposit of €150 will be given upon arrival.

At your disposal:
- Baby equipment (high chair, booster seat, bathtub and travel cot for children < 3 years old, play mat)
- Garden furniture, barbecue
- Storage room for your bikes.

A deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival unless it has already been taken when booking
If you want to come with your pet, you will need to inform us when booking. Deposit of 100€/animal - 2 animals maximum. the house is not equipped for disabled people
We welcome you between 6pm and 8pm except exceptions.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

By the D589 (route du Puy-en-Velay), go to the town of Saugues, then follow the D589 in the direction of Malzieu and La Besseyre-Saint-Mary. On your arrival in Pompeyrin take the road towards La Besseyre St Mary, after 200m do not leave the village of Pompeyrin, take the first small road on your left.
By the A75 motorway, exit at Ruynes en Margeride or Saint Chély and take the direction of Saugues.
