Everything was really nice but when i got there the front desk guy said i had to pay for the second person when i had done already while doing my reservation. Maybe they should be prepared for when the customer gets there avoid this kind of things. At the end he realized it was paid. Besides that everything was perfect

Hotel is perfectly located near shops and fast food restaurants. Its very nice specially the pool area. Food was great and staff so friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

Que pasar que cobran mas caro de lo normal si lo reservas por Expedia, tampoco da el descuento de la tercera edad.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for a day in Raleigh. A special thank you to the receptionist that helped us to do an early check-in after an overnight flight. We truly enjoyed our stay, however, my only feedback would be communication.
We had 50 lbs bags and were not told that the elevator to our floor wasn't working (we were on the 4th floor!).
We asked the next day and the ladies in reception and apparently there was another functioning elevator across front desk.
