This old renovated farmhouse is located in the countryside less than 10 minutes from the Lascaux caves and 20 minutes from Sarlat.
Ideally located for visiting the Périgord Noir, you will have 3 bedrooms (a 160 cm bed and 2 140 cm beds) and a bathroom.
One of the bedrooms has a sofa bed and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Excellent property

We had a really great stay at the property - the owners were very kind and thoughtful and the house was spotlessly clean on arrival. The house and outside areas are very well equipped and the pool excellent. It is situated in a very peaceful rural area - around midway between Sarlat and Montignac (around 15-20 mins to each) so lots to see and do in the region. I would highly recommend this rental property - thank you!

Lovely house set in a quiet location

Lovely 3 bed property with fantastic pool and outside area, very clean and tidy with well equipped kitchen etc.. Each bedroom is well sized with at least a double/queen sized bed. The house is located near a small town with the closed main town/supermarket about 15-20 drive away Owners were lovely and were always available for any thing we needed

Luxe, calme et volupté

Un grand merci pour ce magnifique séjour. La maison est superbe au calme et avec une vue magnifique car située en hauteur. les couchers de soleil sont beaux assis auprès de cette belle piscine. (nous avons appréciés la longueur!). Le petit coin apéro, le barbecue et la terrasse pour les repas. Le tout dans un cadre et une propreté idyllique. Le matin direction les poules pour les œufs! Sinon, la maison est grande et les chambres très spacieuses. L'équipement général est pléthorique! rien de manque ni en quantités ni en diversité. Le seul défaut : ... Partir !! :-) Merci encore!

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par nos hôtes dans cette demeure du Périgord, où nous avons passé, avec nos deux enfants et notre chat, un excellent séjour. La maison est très propre, fonctionnelle et super bien équipée, ce qui est un vrai plaisir! La piscine (chauffée) est top et le jardin très agréable.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans un cadre reposant, avec une vue incroyable. Nos hôtes sont des personnes chaleureuses, l'accueil à été absolument parfait, le gîte est super bien équipé (comme à la maison), confortable et la piscine chauffée géniale. Tout y est pour passer des vacances de rêves, vous êtes à proximité de nombreux lieux d'activités, environ 15/20 minutes en voiture. Je recommande vivement ce gîte !

Charmant séjour en Dordogne

Séjour très agréable dans une chouette fermette rénovée. Propreté au top! Espaces des lieux parfaits pour une famille avec 4 enfants. Piscine aux dimensions extraordinaires. Accueil particulièrement très chaleureux des propriétaires (+boissons et viennoiseries). Maison isolée et au calme. Parfaite pour un moment de détente en famille.

Excellent séjour

Gite idéalement situé à 10 min de Lascaux, 20 min de Sarlat, et 30 min de Beynac. Il y a tellement de chose à faire ou voir a moins de 30 min de voiture qu'une semaine n'est pas suffisante. Gite très propre, très bien équipé, rien ne manque, vaiselle en quantité c'est "comme à la maison". Gite rénové gardant le charme de cette vieille maison. Hameau très, très au calme. Nous y avons passer une semaine en pleine canicule et avons apprécié la fraîcheur de cette maison et la piscine!!! Nous avons été les premiers à l'inaugurer et elle nous manque déjà. Comme le reste de la maison elle est très bien équipée avec bouées, transat, parasols, tables, chaises, tout le monde trouve sa place. Parking pour la voiture. Propriétaire accueillant et les petits biscuits de la boulangerie de leur fille fournis à l'arrivée dans le gite très bon. A louer sans hésitation!!!
