Great property
Posted Oct. 5, 2024 on HomeAwayThe gite was wonderful, everthing possible was there for the guests use….torch, matches, cleaning products, extra toilet rolls etc. We were welcomed with the most amazing pack of food products including beer & wine. The bed is super comfortable with additional blankets if needed, the large shower is great as well. The area/local towns were a little too quiet for us but we made the most of it….and it is out of season.

Very well equipped gite
Posted Sep. 21, 2024 on HomeAwayEnjoyed our week at the Old Atelier. The gite is extremely well equipped, a home from home, wifi good and TV for the rainy day. Many places to visit within an hour's drive (or just over) so we easily filled our days.

Posted Aug. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayGite sympathique et bien équipé dans un village au calme. Voiture nécessaire. Bruits de la ferme et quelques passage de train. Procedure enregistrement en anglais a payer en pounds. Propriétaire tres reactif.

Fortunately, we were able to correspond entirely in the French language, and the payments through the Vrbo website should have been very simple using your credit or debit card. Gorgeous French gite

Posted Oct. 15, 2022 on HomeAwayLots of thought and care has clearly been put into the gîte in order to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. The location is ideal for getting out and about and exploring the area.

Beautiful quiet retreat
Posted Jun. 4, 2022 on HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space in the Gite although the outside garden is small and the area which gets sun is quite limited. Kitchen very well equipped and brilliant welcome pack. Comfortable sofa, sun loungers and bed. Area very rural, hardly any cars or people around, perfect to completely escape and wind down.

Faultless in every way
Posted Oct. 24, 2021 on HomeAwayA very enjoyable stay. The property was immaculate upon arrival and communication and arrival instructions were excellent. It was well equipped and had everything I needed for a quiet, relaxing stay (when I wasn't out and about exploring). There was even a well stocked welcome pack with some thoughtful, handy essentials. It's situated in a tiny hamlet but only 10 minutes drive from the town of Ruffec which has everything you could need as well as the N10 main road for exploring further afield. Thoroughly recommended.
