Nous sommes très contents d'avoir reçu Pierre Antoine et ses amis et parfaitement satisfaits de leur comportement et de l'état dans lequel ils ont laissé l'appartement à la fin de leur séjour.

Family summer holiday in La Clusaz
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had fantastic week staying in Bertrand’s beautiful apartment in La Clusaz. The property was as described and the photos accurate. The kitchen was well equipped and the view from the balcony and bedrooms superb. We loved having evening dinners out on the balcony. You can also access the centre of the village in under 10 mins on foot on the way down and 15 mins on the way back up!
Bertrand was a very responsive host.

Skiing Disaster
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayI arrived at the property to find other people in the apartment. I assumed they had overrun their stay from the previous week, but no! They had booked the property for the same week as me. I called VRBO to ask them to help sort it out. They promised to call me back. They didn't call back. They could have found another property in the same area, they could have tried to help sort it out, but no, they clearly are just interested in taking the money and doing nothing for it. As for the host, I fail to understand how you can take two bookings for the same property for the same week and not notice for 3 months. Furthermore the instructions to enter the property were sent to both parties at the same time and still he didn't realise that the property had been double booked. In fairness to the host he sorted out alternative accommodation in a hotel, but I didn't want a hotel, I wanted a common space for me, my children and their French cousins to share. I'm so disappointed with VRBO, they did absolutely nothing to help and lied about calling me back. After a long day travelling, to arrive at your destination with your children and be faced with a situation like this is incredibly stressful. You would hope that the party you booked with would step up and try to help in some way. To be let down and left to sort it out yourself with a host who spoke little English is a crushing blow and took me a few days of the holiday to calm down from. In fact the whole holiday was ruined really.

Family half term ski trip
Publié le 17 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautifully furnished and well equipped apartment with stunning views across the mountain. Excellent host - responded immediately when needed help getting access and very flexible with check-in and baggage etc. Very useful free ski bus to get to and from the slopes every 10mins... bit of a trek up a steep slippery slope to get to the apartment which would be difficult with kids at the end of the day carrying skis etc but worth it for the view. Sadly there was no pool as advertised due to refurbishment and we were not made aware before arriving so it was disappointing. Great apartment to relax and cook in after a day on the slopes.
