Have to leave a bad review because the elevator was not working and my room was on the 4th floor. Not only is it bad to have to walk up 4 floors but to get to the room and find out that the keys don't work and have to do it all over again. Other than that everything else was great.

Rooms were very nice and clean, continental breakfast was good and nice selection, and check in and out was very easy.

They offer handicapped rooms but the beds are higher than those in standard rooms making them difficult to get into

We stay here every time we visit VA and we really like the hotel, it’s quiet and most of the staff are very friendly. It’s right down the way from our family. However, this time our sink was stopped up and usually I check everything, but didn’t this time. Overall, good stay.

Hospitality goes a long way!!!

This was a very Nice Hotel. I'm Glad I chose this location. It was Southern Hospitality at It's finest. Every time we came and went, we were greeted with a smile and was told to have a Great day and Did we enjoy our day upon our return. We felt very Welcomed!!!
