Hôtel très vieux, les vitres et les rideaux ont besoin d’être nettoyés. Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner, juste des barres de céréales et des gâteaux sous blister à manger dans la chambre.

I did not a one thing. You walked in and it smelled musty, the room was dirty the bathroom light did not work, open outlet not covered. the pool was not available for use. It as absolutely miserable.

NASTY Hotel - Do NOT Say Here!!!

When we got to our room, our curtains were half ripped down the wall, the heat/ac unit cover wasn't on & it wasn't running. No lights except the vanity light were working, they were all unplugged. One of the beds had nasty crusty sheets on it, the other was kind of okay. I saw a cockroach climb down the wall & go behind the TV. The bathtub drain was so clogged you couldn't take a 5 minute shower without the tub overflowing. It was DISGUSTING but there was no other hotel we could get a room at. 10/10 CANNOT recommend. Ever!! I want my money back. I'm currently sanitizing everything we had in that building. 100% gross. Oh, and the Continental breakfast was grab & go granola bars.

I wasn’t expecting much from a 2-star hotel and I should’ve lowered my expectations. Our room stunk like old smoke, no way to open the window to air it out. Our shower curtain was full of mold & the faucet to the shower was close to falling off. I’m not a prude, but I like a clean hotel & some of this is not an unreasonable expectation. I won’t stay there again.

Honestly it was a pretty disgusting and disappointing stay. Our room had isopods under the bed and a german cockroach crawled up the wall as we were packing up to leave. The pool was closed. No breakfast.

Upon arriving to check in at around 9pm, front desk staff told us they did not have a room available despite the fact we reserved it through Expedia weeks prior. Staff said they could see the reservation but that they did not have an open room, and we should go through Expedia for a refund because we wouldn't be staying there for the night. Obviously, this was quite upsetting as we were promised a place to stay and were told to leave. After arguing for ten minutes, staff said they did have a room but that they weren't letting guests stay there because the air conditioning was broken. We told them we would endure the lack of AC if it meant a place to stay. We would have appreciated if staff could have led with that instead of denying us a room completely. The room was quite warm in the 80-degree heat, but luckily the hot water also wasn't working so we had the pleasure of taking absolutely frigid showers. The room itself was a little dingy, but survivable for a night. Overall, would not stay here again.

Located just off interstate. First room was awful and the manager did not care to even try to make things right. Another employee helped get us into a different room that was cleaner and somewhat better but still no hot water and our toilet seat wasn't even attached to the toilet. And after dealing with manager over the first room we were uncomfortable asking for any more assistance.
