Lakeside Estates is a gated community with a private boat launch. We have our own pool and walking trails. Overflow parking is also available. You are 10-15 minutes from LaFollette TN where you can stock up on supplies or make a quick run for any last minute needs. Take a day trip to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg which is an easy drive about an hour and a half away. There you can enjoy shopping, shows and many attractions. There are many golf courses in the area which makes a great weekend trip in fall or spring. Added bonus of the beauty of the mountains during any season.

My family stayed at this gorgeous property for our New Years reunion. The house is very spacious and VERY well-equipped. MaryBeth was super helpful with all questions. I would recommend this beautiful place and will definitely be coming back.

We really enjoyed ourselves. Off season the lake house is on a quiet and peaceful cove. Lovely view. We were a large group of 60+ adults and there was plenty of room to spread out when we wanted to and also large spaces to gather. Kitchen was very well equipped. Just a heads up, if anyone in your group needs an ADA compliant bathroom or access through interior doors etc. unfortunately this is not the place.

2024 family vacation
wonderful house great location, recommend a couple of things. First one of the coffee pots does not work, a pod style maker would be really nice as well. The toaster only works on one side. for a house this big we have always had 2 four slice toasters. A Blackstone grill would be great as we brought our own from home. There are always small issues that are not worth mentioning because the house is that good. I am 63 years old, and I don't know how many more years I can do the steps to the lake.

We really enjoyed our stay! The water was warm and very calm fur kayaking and paddle boarding. We also rented a boat but spent many days just lounging on the dock. The house had everything we needed but it was a 10 minute drive to town for groceries.

The home was exactly as advertised, with plenty of room for all to be together or find a nook for reading. The owners were very quick to answer any and all questions. We found an abundance of hikes within a 30-45 minute beautiful car ride at the many state parks. We also enjoyed the kayaks and water slide. I highly recommend this home.

Great family time
My family and I came for a post-Christmas gathering and a chance to be all together under one roof. There was plenty of room for all of us and space to be with the whole crowd or move to a different part of the house when we needed some quiet! We especially loved that there were laundry facilities on two levels and two dishwashers in the main kitchen. With all the hills, we definitely didn't have to worry about missing leg day, just climb that driveway three or four times. The hosts checked in throughout the stay and even left a little care package which came in handy for someone who forgot their bath gel (plus, who doesn't like Chex mix). If you haven't been to this area before, know that arriving in daylight would be a good idea with all the winding roads. Overall a great experience!

We got all of our family together and spent three days together celebrating Christmas. We had a wonderful time and had plenty of room in the kitchen for all the cooking we did. With it being winter we weren’t able to enjoy the lake but it would be amazing during the summer!!!

House was great and the dock was fantastic. Two of us had boats and they fit well. Overall the house was awesome. We would definitely rent again. A few things to check on. The ice machine isn’t capable of producing enough ice for an entire family. We had 20 people and constantly had to run out and get ice. The counter top ice machine in the basement is moldy and need cleaning badly. We didn’t ice from that machine. The ice maker in the one refrigerator didn’t work. Also the steps down to the fire pit could use some lights. A couple members of our family stumbled their way down and most of them were sober at the time lol. Those things are minor and the trip, location, and host were awesome.
