La maison est très bien pensée, conviviale, très propre, entièrement équipée et à distance raisonnable de la ville dans un environnement de campagne, paisible et charmant.
Arnaldo et son équipe sont des hôtes attentionnés, professionnels et très sympathiques. Je recommande sans hésitation cette location.

Publié le 26 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved this place, and would definitely stay here again! The bathrooms were well-appointed with extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The shared space had everything you need for cooking. All the appliances were new, and well maintained. Included a washer and dryer, and even a swimsuit spinner. The host was very responsive. The pictures don’t do this place justice! It was incredible! We saw sloths and other wildlife on the property.

7 Day Girls Trip
Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe absolutely loved the house. 6 women and we had plenty of space. The host was responsive and extremely attentive and helpful. We were taken care of so well. Thank you so much for the lovely stay. I highly recommend this house for a excellent vacation.

Beautiful pool and grounds, communication not great, location misleading
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was beautiful and private. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The highlight was the pool and hot tub. The outdoor overhang allowed for lounging outside even when it was raining - super relaxing with a good book or to sit at the table and play games while listening to the rain. The fact that the bedroom entrances are outside of the main house is not ideal for families with younger children. Also, there is no bathroom in the main house so you have to go out to your bedroom.
Communication with the owner wasn't the best. It took up until the day of the reservation to get a link to the property location. The link did not work and it was hard to get in touch with the owner to get a working link. We didn't know that the property is about 15 minutes from downtown Fortuna until we got the link. The location on the vrbo is misleading. It was our first day in the country so a bit unsettling, but it eventually all worked out.
There is an electronic pdf sent by email with videos to watch how to work things in the house. It would have been nice if these instructions were also provided in a hard copy at the house instead of having to look things up (especially when wifi is spotty). The owner seemed annoyed whenever we'd ask questions.

Better than the photos!

We saw monkeys on the first morning and a sloth later in the week right in the backyard! Amazing stay, we highly recommend this home!

Great property

Best part was seeing Toucans and sloths right in the backyard while swimming. Saw more animals at house than anywhere else on our trip. Owner was easy to communicate with. Only drawback to house was VRBO location pin is not accurate. House is a 10-15 minute drive from the main La Fortuna square. We didn’t mind the drive as we liked the house so much. Would stay again.

Family Trip to Costa Rica
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a little confusion in the beginning with the Waze app . Such quick response time !! The property is lovely. Highly recommend ! Pool lights hot tub beds perfect for a family trip !! We had 3 adult kids and us !! So fun to see all around La Fortuna! When the door got locked !! We got it fixed asap !!! Thank you ! Even had a sloth in the tree !!! Birds and wonderful jungle noises !! Great restaurants just 7-10 mins away by car !!
